AUSTRALIA DAY COMMUNITY BBQ EXPRESSION OF INTEREST APPLICATION FORM

 

Thanks for taking the time to submit an expression of interest application form to run a community BBQ at the City of Ryde's 2025 Australia Day Event, Sunday 26 January which attracts up to 5k attendees. 

Note that only community groups (charities or not-for-profit) based within the Ryde local government area are eligible for this opportunity.


Please note that there is a cost for groups to participate at City of Ryde events as per the Council's fee's and charges. 


Completing this application form does not mean that you will be automatically accepted.

We will be in touch on the outcome of your application by the end of October 2024.

Public Liability Insurance 

In order to participate as a stallholder you need at least $20 million public liability insurance. If your application is accepted, a copy of your certificate will be requested.
