Please note that this will not be a paid performance. All groups are required to have $20 Million of Public Liability Insurance to perform.

Eastwood Oval Stage performances from 9.30am to 5.30pm  (stage dimensions 12 x 8m)

Trelawney Street Stage performances from 10.45am to 3.30pm  (stage dimensions 9.6 x 7.2m and only accessible stage)

Plaza Stage performances from 9.30am to 5.30pm  (stage dimensions 6 x 6m)

Gypsy Wagon Stage performances from 11.00am to 3.30pm (only suitable for solo and duo artists)

K-Town Madang Stage performances from 10.00am to 2.00pm (stage dimensions 6 x 4.8m)

Insurance & Consent

Public Liability Insurance
In order to perform on stage you need at least $20 million public liability insurance. Please attach a copy of your Certificate of Currency here.
Public Liability Insurance Expiry Date
If your Public Liability Insurance (PLI) expires between now and the event (Saturday 17 October 2026), you are required to forward a copy of your updated PLI at the below listed expiry date.
Photography Consent
By selecting yes you agree to allow the City of Ryde and its agents to use and reproduce photography and video, in which you and/or your group may appear, taken at the 2026 Granny Smith Festival in printed and internet based publications and promotional materials. By participating you waive any right to inspect and approve photographs or video or to receive compensation for the use of this material.
Photography Consent for performers under 18 years old
If there are performers under 18 years of age, you give an undertaking that you have obtained all necessary parental and/or guardian consents for those performers to be photographed and/or filmed in accordance with this consent, including the right for the City of Ryde to reproduce such material in printed and internet‑based publications and promotional materials. You agree to provide evidence of such consents upon request.
I agree not to use or distribute balloons or single-use plastic promotional items at the event.

City of Ryde is committed to reducing our environmental footprint. As part of the City of Ryde's commitment to the environment and its Reduce Single-Use Plastics policy, this event has been designated as a 'Waste Wise Event.' Council has implemented guidelines which require participants and the community to phase out single use plastics, minimise waste and recycle what cannot be reused.


If my $20 million public liability insurance has expired after the 2nd August, I will send through my updated copy.
I understand the performance in the 2026 Granny Smith Festival will not result in any payment from the City of Ryde Council.
Duration of Performance
I agree that City of Ryde Council staff have the right to reduce performance times should the stage be running behind schedule. I agree my performance will strictly stick to our allocated performance time.

Indemnity clause
The participant agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the City of Ryde against any loss, liability, actions, claims, demands, damages and expenses incurred or suffered by the City of Ryde in connection with or arising in any way out of the participant’s participation during their stage performance.

Council is required under the Act to inform you about how your personal information is being collected and used.
